Application

  • Interest Application are available starting June 29th, 2026 and ending August 29th, 2026 and must be received no later than August 29th, 2026 at 5:00pm. 
  • Interest List applications can be submitted via our inquiry form below or in person at Enzo Apartments 3100 Martin, Irvine CA 92612
  • Only submit one application per household. Duplicate submissions will be disqualified from the lottery.

How to Add Your Name to the Waitlist

Prospective residents will have the opportunity to join the Interest List starting June 29th, 2026. Multiple options will be available for prospects to register for the Interest List.

Submitting their contact information:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Selectable Income Bracket for Very low, Low, and Moderate
  • Total Annual Income for the household and number of people in the household.
  • Preferred Unit Size


Automated Message

  • Persons wanting to place their name on the interest list can call 949-783-8900 and will be directed to an automated message with instructions as to how and where an interest list application can be obtained (web & physical). If they do get to a live person, the information will be verbally shared with them.
  • Paper interest list forms:
  • These will be available for pick up from Enzo Apartments, located at 3100 Martin Irvina, CA 92612.
  • Once completed, paper interest list applications can be dropped off at 3100 Martin Irvine CA 92612 or mailed to Enzo Apartments 3100 Martin, Irvine, CA 92612.
  • All paper interest list-applications must be post-stamped by August 30th, 2026, to qualify for a confirmation number. Upon receipt of the application to the Enzo office or from the USPS, the prospective resident will be given a confirmation number via email or text.

Interest List Receipts:

  • Upon submission of an interest list application, prospective applicants will immediately receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of their submission. An assigned confirmation number known as a prospect code (p-code) will follow within 72 hours.
  • If submitted through the website, an email confirmation will be given, followed by a written notification either via email or text.
  • If submitted in person a P-code will be provided verbally, and a confirmation email acknowledgement of the submitted will be provided within 24-48 hours with the P-code included.
  • Inquiries will only receive one confirmation number per household.
  • If duplicate submissions are submitted for a household, they will forfeit their eligibility for entry into the lottery and be removed from the interest list.
  • A description of the type of receipt provided at the time a person signs up for the Interest List will be documented.

Process and Timeline

Once the lottery results are in, the lottery applications will be processed in rank order starting with lottery preference and rank 1 – 38. A Post-Lottery Letter will be sent out via email to the applicants being processed and households are given one week (five business days) from the date on the letter to return the required completed paperwork to the property – see below. Applicants will also be reached out to via of phone call to ensure they receive their post-lottery letter. An appointment will then be setup to review the paperwork and gather all other needed documentation. If additional paperwork is needed from the applicant, they will be given two business days from the request date to provide the documentation to the property. Once the file is complete, either an approval or denial letter will be sent to the provided address. The lottery list will be worked in rank order until all units have been filled. Once all the affordable units have been filled, 750 applicants from the lottery list will be transferred in current order to the waiting list for future vacancies. The waitlist will be closed until it is exhausted.


Required Documentation Due Post-Lottery

After the lottery, the following documentation will be requested from each household member who is 18 years old or older.

Required documentation including, but not limited to:

  • Copies of two (2) months’ most recent statements for all income accounts. This includes payroll stubs, social security checks, SSI checks, AFDC checks, pension and retirement checks, or annual statements from the Social Security Administration, and student financial aid documentation for all members in household 18 years of age or older; and
  • Copies of two (2) month’s most recent statements for all asset accounts. This includes checking, savings, retirement, 401k, etc. for all members in household; and
  • Copies of the federal and state income tax returns if filed by the applicant for the prior two (2) calendar years; and
  • A written verification of income and employment from the applicant’s current employer if the applicant is employed; and
  • An income verification form from the Social Security Administration and/or California Department of Social Services if the applicant receives assistance from either agency; and
  • If an applicant is unemployed or did not file an income tax return for the previous calendar year, such other information as reasonably necessary to verify the applicant’s income; and
  • If an applicant or any applicant household member demonstrates electronic transfers into asset or other accounts, property manager will request explanations and certifications for such electronic transfers that are not clearly indicates as payroll, social security or other public benefits, pension or retirement, or student financial aid.
  • Any other information that may be required to verify the income of the proposed tenants.
